Announcing Two CiviCRM User Trainings

I'm really excited to announce that I will be running two CiviCRM user trainings in September and October.  Back in March and April I was involved in two similar trainings, one with Dave Greenberg from CiviCRM at the NTC, and the other during the workshop day before DrupalCon in San Francisco.  The feedback from both trainings was really positive.

Seattle CiviCRM User Group Meeting, May 27th

There seems to be growing interest in CiviCRM in Seattle. People want to know more about what it is, how it works and how they can harness the power for their clients or their own organizations.

DrupalCamp Seattle Underway

DrupalCampSeattle2008 started this morning at the Youngstown Arts Center in West Seattle. We have a great crew of folks here, and the sharing and learning is well underway. I just finished an intro to Drupal talk, it was billed as a "101" but I think that we hit some 102 and 103 level topics (CCK, Views, permissions and taxonomies). Arthur Foelsche is talking about Media Mover and Rich Media in Drupal to a rapt crowd, while a talk about CCK is going on in the theater.

DrupalCampSeattle07 a Big Success!

DrupalCampSeattle2007 was a huge success, and a lot of fun! I just got home and figured I would post a quick note before heading back out. We had over 40 people spread across our two tacks (user/superuser admin focused and developer focused).
