Jozef "Jojo" Toth is a Slovak based designer and themer with more then 8 years experiences in web, print and flash design and development. Jozef studied computer systems at SPSE Nove Zamky and mastered his skills working as a lead designer in multiple design studios and for non profit organizations before joining CivicActions. His work for CivicActions includes visual design and Drupal theming. Jozef has worked on numerous projects including designing the theme for the upcoming new sites: Provention, Where it's at, RightToMaternalHelath.org (IMMHR), MyGov, NextAgenda. He blogs about webdesign and open-source CMS at MogDesign, and his portfolio is also available on his website. Ian Performing at Obama Fundraiser in SF on Thursday

CivicActions' own Ian Rhett will be performing this Thursday night in San Francisco at the talent-filled Bank on Barack event! Ian recently released his latest video, What Kind of Amazing Grace which is remarkably beautiful and powerful. Bank on Barack is a fundraiser and 100% of the proceeds go directly to the Barack Obama campaign! The show will be filled with singer/songwriters, comedy, performing arts and great DJs to shake you all night. If you are in San Francisco this week, grab your friends, open your wallet to give it up for change! Tickets are $20 presale, $25 at the door.

"Yes We Can" Obama Music Video

Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am and director Jesse Dylan, Bob Dylan's son created this "song" - essentially written by Barack Obama. The lyrics are adapted from his "Yes We Can" speech after the New Hampshire primary. CivicActions has been working with the Free Software Foundation on the DefectiveByDesign campaign since last May. In that time we have seen a significant shift in the way DRM is talked about in the news media and an increasing awareness of DRM among music fans and the general public.
