Rose Liebman

Finding the balance between resources, quality and time is where Rose excels. Rose acts as facilitator between the firm’s clients and her in-house team, insuring that client needs are met with a keen eye toward efficiency and best practices.

Prior to joining CivicActions, Rose was co-principal of a firm that did branding, design and animation for most major cable networks in the U.S. Rose's strength has always been bringing the right people together and coordinating them in a way that helps them do their best work. Nowhere was this more evident than in a project for a major cable network conglomerate.  The client was intent on launching an entire network in six weeks’ time, a project that usually requires a minimum of six months.  Assembling a 60-member bi-coastal team comprised of production crews on the West coast and post-production pros on the East, she had contracts signed, scripts signed off on, board approval, shooting and compositing complete within that aggressive time line. The launch aired on time and on budget and the client continued to work with her company for years to reinforce the brand they created.

The American-born Rose spent much of her youth, including high school, in Greece and her bilingual/bicultural upbringing has informed her world view.  Facile in languages and a frequent traveler, she is finally at home doing CivicActions’ values-oriented work.  She spends her free time on community-building enterprises such as helping manage her local CSA (community supported agriculture) group and managing the web development team for her local food coop.
