Jacob Singh brings a wealth of engineering and enterprise management experience to his role as a system architect and project manager, specializing in open source software, enterprise software planning and agile development. He also provides training to organizations interested in open source software and agile development mentor ship to teams looking to get less done in a better way than they even had before.

He has provided web development services for clients such as Amnesty International, The Sony Corporation, The San Francisco Department of Public Health, The California Wildlife Foundation, CalabashMusic.com (the world's first fair trade music store), The Center for Infectious Disease Preparedness, and many others. Because his experience spans commercial, fair trade, corporate and non-profit organizations, he brings unique insight into what will set his clients apart from the rest, and how their image should be tailored to fit their constituency.



Acting as a sales engineer, technical architect and strategist in the overhaul of http://www.amnesty.org, he managed a team of up to 10 people over the course of 9 months and launched the first update to Amnesty International's content management system in 9 years. The project involved integration with various partners and stakeholders and was completed on the aggressive schedule outlined within scope and budget and the world is now a lot more yellow and hopefully a little more humane as well.

A former director of the Prison Book Project, he has also held numerous non-profit jobs both in India and the U.S.A.
