Next Agenda Strategy

Next Agenda knew that they wanted online tools that would support collaboration. The challenge was deciding on the exact mix of tools to support collaboration that started at a physical gathering and then continued online. They also knew that with their tight deadlines, deciding on the right tools to build first was critical.

CivicActions worked with Next Agenda during an intensive two-day retreat where we solidified the user types and captured as much of the desired functionality as possible. We then helped Next Agenda prioritize the desired functionality according to the value a given function would bring to the process. 

The result is that Next Agenda has a clear road map for what to build first, as well as a backlog of desired features.  With each iteration of the online tools, Next Agenda will re-prioritize the list and expand their online tools accordingly.
