The Recording Academy approached CivicActions for support with their customized CiviCRM implementation which maintains membership data for their professional organization through the http://grammy365.com website.

The CivicActions team worked alongside Jim Taylor from Rooty Hollow on CiviCRM troubleshooting, development recommendations and implementation. Our CiviCRM efforts were coordinated with team members from Lullabot who manage Drupal development for The Recording Academy.

Our expert Quality Assurance (QA) support was provided to ensure new development work was issue-free before being deployed on the live site. CivicActions provided a development and deployment process to help bring clarity to client requirements and have a common process shared by all developers working on The Recording Academy network of sites.
