Conservation Strategy Fund - Website

Conservation Strategy Fund (CSF) came to CivicActions to upgrade and update their Drupal 4.6 site with a visually appealing, Drupal 6 site showcasing CSF analysis projects, research publications and training programs. The site also incorporates CSF's new geo-economic HydroCalculator tool. By using a site taxonomy that includes both topics and geographic terms, users are able to filter by geographic location or topic. Users are now able to create accounts, sign up for training courses and easily access CSF's resources and publications library.

CivicActions' Themer Bevan Rudge developed a standards compliant theme with the Zen theme from designs produced by Ching Wang for the new site.

Conservation-Strategy.org launched in August 2009 in English and partial translations to Spanish and Portuguese. CSF plans to launch Spanish and Portuguese versions of the site in the coming months.

The project was lead by Project Manager Justine Hirsch, with technical leadership from Owen Barton, and Information Architecture by Ron Akanowicz.

Project Start Date:
