Opportuntities for Project Managers

Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of our services to our clients. From project inception to completion, our PM's are accountable for ensuring that our work exceeds our client's expectations, leaving them satisfied with our work and wanting more. We rely on PM's to manage internal and external resources to deliver on our commitments to our clients. PM's choose the projects they want to work on and commit to completing the projects they accept. PM's work closely with a Tech Lead from the engineering department to identify and recommend technical solutions and resources. Accountability: * creation and management of project plans (schedule, budget, risks, specifications) * delivery of completed web projects per project plans * fostering high quality intra-team communication * identifying and removing obstacles blocking team-members progress on a project * responsible for gracefully managing the scope of project engagement * responsiveness to client needs and requests * ensuring that the project team's work is efficient, organized and meets specifications * weekly project budget reporting w/ engagement manager * participation in weekly project management department meetings Qualifications: * demonstrated ability to lead web development projects, working with cross-functional teams * superior communication and organization skills * superior people skills - client facing, and internal project team management * experience managing web projects in a professional services environment * experience managing remote, geographically diverse teams * ability to work independently while coordinating with other PMs and team members * passion for making positive change with technology What would be awesome to have: * experience implementing Drupal solutions * CRM, SEO, LAMP, F/OSS, Please contact us and let us know why you think you're perfect for this gig.
