Certified ScrumMaster BadgeJustine Hirsch is an experienced Project Manager, who joined CivicActions in April 2007. She has over twenty years of Operations and Project Management experience and has been working on technology and web-based projects since 2000.

Justine has completed the Scrum Alliance, ScrumMaster training and has extensively leveraged both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum frameworks for development projects.

Since joining CivicActions, Justine has provided project management and ScrumMaster support to a number of projects, including the Smithsonian Institution's Human Origins Program (http://humanorigins.si.edu) and Privacy International's Privacy Hunter site. Most recently Justine has been working with American Public Media and their partners to produce the 170 Million Americans website in support of public media – and has welcomed the opportunity to contribute to a project that she passionately supports.
