Slides from "Information Architecture to Drupal Architecture"

Here are the slides from my Drupalcon session yesterday (open the PDF version if you want the LOLcats). The session went very well - there was some great feedback and lots of good questions asked.

I spoke with a couple of people from other shops, and there is some consensus that we need to work on ways of improving and documenting the IA -> Drupal part of the process, especially for people with limited Drupal experience. There is a module called patterns that could be useful for rapid configuration/prototyping at this stage.

Kent Bye from Lullabot posted some great notes from the session too!

There should also be a video posted at some point - I'll post a link here when it goes up.

I really enjoyed this session at Drupalcon and got the slides. I was specifically looking for the examples you had in the class that were forms to check off when starting a site, wireframe examples, and the sort of flow chart examples that were shown. Is there anyway you could also post those? I found them great and wanted to try going that route on a new project I am starting. Thanks!!

Those slides we borrowed from Gregory and Zoey's Drupalcon Barcelona presentation, and are available at:

Pleased you enjoyed the session!
