Thank you to everyone who was able to attend our panel discussion at DrupalCon Chicago, and contributed to such a lively and educational session. For those who were there and wished to have access to our slides and notes, as well as for those who were interested but unable to attend, we have posted them below.

Our panel provided an introduction to the Agile process and Scrum for the un-initiated. We shared our perspective of the key elements of the process as we applied it in numerous ways to our own work. Finally, we shared specifics of some past (and current) projects and how we learned to apply the process ourselves through our work with some extraordinary nonprofit clients and their teams.
